Michael Fitzhardinge – Manly LSC
You may have seen Michael walking our beaches with a camera on his shoulder. Michael has been a true advocate of the movement filming and preparing TV commercials for surf lifesaving which assisted in the growth of SLSSNB and lifesaving generally.
Michael then filmed 42 half hour episodes about surf lifesaving that aired on Community TV called On the Beach. Aside from this, Michael served on the Board of Examiners was a carnival official and also a SNB delegate to SLSNSW and has also looked after the SNB members’ interests on the organising Committee for Aussie Champs in relation to media and media requests.
Michael was awarded SNB Life Membership in 2020.
