Selection of Representative Teams
The pathway local competitors to the NSW Surf Life Saving team for the Interstate Championships, begins with selection in the SNB Interbranch team.
Both the Interbranch and Interstate Championships are run in similar formats, so State selectors watch the Interbranch Championships closely to help them with their selections for the NSW team. This then provides an opportunity for further representation honours with potential selection in the Australian Life Saving Team.
