Special Olympics Dee Why Polar Plunge 2026

Date – Saturday 1st August 2026

Location – Dee Why Rock Pool!

8.00am – Check-in Opens
9.00am – Plunge begins
10.30am – Event concludes

Of course – the more the merrier. Please remember though that only registered participants will be able to plunge.

Think water and winter and dress accordingly. Don’t forget to bring a towel and warm clothes to get into after your plunge.

For the plunge itself, we’ll leave that up to your imagination!
