There are also courses for Individuals seeking a challenging and exciting experience. The flag ship course being the Surf Life Saving Bronze Medallion and Surf Rescue Certificate. These awards can be gained through an intensive 4 days training program.

The needs of the Corporate Sector are also catered for through specialist group activities built on the Surf Life Saving culture to develop team spirit and reward staff.

All courses are run on Sydney’s picturesque Northern Beaches by experienced, qualified Surf Life Saving Trainers and Instructors.
