Surf Life Saving Sydney Northern Beaches prides itself on its achievements in education, training, assessment and proficiencies. Our 21 clubs gain more than 6000 awards each season and compliance and proficiency on our beaches is outstanding.
Education Audits have seen our Branch consistently achieve 100% compliance under the RTO framework and a lot of work is being done to assist clubs achieve a higher standard of lifesaver on our beaches.
Our focus is to assist our members in up-skilling themselves while we deliver a high level of education across the 21 clubs.
We also teach our surf awareness message to thousands of students every year through classroom- and beach-based programs run by our Surf Life Saving School.
