A quick but important update regarding Sunday’s Interbranch Selection Carnival.
📍 NEW VENUE – DEE WHY BEACH
Due to conflicting local events, we are unfortunately unable to hold the carnival at Queenscliff Beach as previously planned.
The carnival will now be held at:
Dee Why Beach – Northern End
Sunday, 25 October
⏰ All times remain exactly the same. This is simply a beach/venue relocation.
Further to the above, I’m pleased to confirm that all nominations submitted by clubs for this year’s Interbranch Selection Carnivals have now been received and processed.
A couple of reminders for the weekend:
- Wanda Carnival: Clubs and/or parents are responsible for registering athletes in Liveheats.
- Sunday’s Selection Carnivals: SLSSNB will manually enter all nominated athletes into Liveheats.
Interbranch availability
As a reminder, athletes who have nominated for this weekend’s Selection Carnivals are confirming that, if selected, they are available to represent the Branch at Interbranch at Caves Beach from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November.
Athletes need to be available for the entire weekend. A withdrawal after team selection can significantly impact the selection process, including other athletes and team combinations.
If you already know that your athlete will not be available for the full weekend at Caves Beach, please let the Branch know before this weekend’s Selection Carnivals.
