Brian Ward – Queenscliff SLSC
Brian joined Queenscliff SLSC in 1981 when he began to officiate at local nipper carnivals on the Northern Beaches a passion that continues today. His passion for officiating has taken him to state and national titles where for 34 years he served as a beach area official. Sydney Northern beaches and his home club of Queenscliff would be lost if it wasn’t for Brians extensive officiating knowledge and selfless service as he now strives to mentor new officials as they join our ever growing official community.
Brian has always been a friendly and reassuring face that kids look for on the beach at SNB carnivals and the one older competitors well and truly admire. Brian for many years has also been helping the Branch at the SNB annual gear inspection days.
Brian was awarded SNB Life Membership in 2015.
